So i have a large prompt story going on, and all of a sudden, i am unable to save, auto save and manual save to nothing. The icon is stuck on rotation, refresh, clear cookies etc. the same problem happens…

It might be a temporary issue. Are you still facing the same?? Which browser you are using currently?
I have the issue as well; I’ve tested the same prompt on 5 different devices (Windows 11 laptop, Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, two types of Chromebooks and a Steam Deck) and 2 browsers, Google Chrome and Brave. It persisted on every single device, with the only difference being performance. ~250k tokens have been used in it, give or take. Any help?
This appeared after the Google Exp Flash Thinking release. Also the ‘Save a Copy’ also does not work while the saving is rotating. We can’t download also.
This seems to integration issue with Google Drive.
Is there any intention to ever fix this bug? While this doesn’t seem to happen nearly as often these days, it still does happen every once in a while. Why is there no timeout on attempting to save?
And, for that matter, why is there STILL no warning about unsaved work when trying to close the tab or browse away? I occasionally misclick the back button on my mouse from time to time, and have lost quite a good amount of work due to Google’s general lack of knowledge of how to sensibly do web development work.
it cant even generate now on large enough chats. the platforms completely glitching out.
