Hi, I’m using this app to design a website and it was working ok following my prompts but now it is changing sections I didn’t ask it to, i tried regenerating the cards but it generates a different one, it was not duplicating the project so I had to shared with my another account and there i was able to duplicate it but not preview it, then I was able to preview it in my original account, a complete mess, how can i fix the prompt issue?
Hey @harpinmer, this issue happens because your chat history and layout files are currently overloading Stitch’s memory limits (context window).
To fix this and lock your layout, please try these quick steps:

Reset Chat: Click New Chat or Reset Conversation. This won’t delete your design; it just clears old prompt logs so the AI can look at your canvas with a fresh eye.

Restrict Prompts: Use strict bounding rules like: “Modify ONLY the text inside this card. Put the rest of the page into a strict freeze-frame state. Do not re-generate, optimize, or touch any other section of this website.”

Fix Preview Errors: Log completely out of both Google accounts, open an Incognito Window, log into only one account, and open your project to clear conflicting session cookies.

Hi, I logged out and logged in and it worked ok for a few hours, but today loading slow again. I have a question about Reset Chat, I tried looking for it and couldn’t find it, where can I find it? Could you attach an screenshot if possible?
Hey @harpinmer, sorry for that little confusion! Stitch doesn’t actually have a dedicated “Reset Chat” button. When I mentioned resetting, I meant that opening a new project and then switching back to your previous one effectively clears the memory buffer, resolving any context overloading issues.
