I have a project with around 15 screens, but I iterated many times with each screen for an exact look. Stitch had a 2-3 instances where it says it cannot handle the request. It also had problem with some screens as it garbled up a portion of a screen’s design. It then was confused about variation on on screen (e.g. showing popup on same screen with slightly different screen name). Finally, I think I may have simply reached the max of the number of requests (chats) since I made so many variations of screens (but deleting them so I only have around 15 screens), the project errors and I can not load it. I have waited for hours to load, but it does not. Please help me get my screens back. I would like to export the screens htat I designed at the very least. It was many hours of work. Thanks.
Hey @Michael_Ho Thank you for reporting this critical project failure. Losing access to hours of work due to the project failing to load is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for this disruption. We are escalating the project loading error immediately to our engineering team though this issue was been resolved by our team but still its there for some users, I would request you to follow up your credit limits as well as if it exceeds Stitch start showing blank screens too. Will follow up with a status update as soon as possible.

Same here @RISHABH_CHAUHAN Thought it was related with using several google profiles (work, personal…), because in one of them all my projects are gone and I can see one project from profile A listed in profile B (obviously I can’t access and project does not load). Thanks!
