If you work for company then you have to get your employer to write a statement for you based on the following section of the rules:
the Entrant must also submit a written statement from the employer that acknowledges employer has read the terms of these Rules, that confirms the Submission does not contain any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information, that confirms the Submission does not infringe on any copyrights, patents, confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks, or proprietary, industrial, privacy, right of publicity, or other rights belonging to the employer, and that confirms the Entrant has the right to submit such Submission on Entrant’s behalf as an individual and to claim a prize for such Submission on his or her own behalf, if selected as a winner.
