"Service Not Available" error for Google AI Stitch (Troubleshooting exhausted in Austria)

Hello Google Support Team,

I am receiving the “Service Not Available” error message when trying to access and use Google AI Stitch.

The error message reads: “You have tried to access a service that is not available for your account.”

I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:

  1. Age Verification: My age registered in the Google Account is correct and above 18 years.

  2. Account Test: I have tested access using a different, private Google Account; the error message remains the same on the second account.

  3. Browser & Cache: I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, and have attempted to access the service using different browsers and in Incognito mode.

  4. Region: I am located in Austria (AT), a region that is generally expected to be supported for this service.

Since all common local troubleshooting steps have been exhausted and the error persists across different accounts, I suspect this may be related to a known, persistent bug or an internal block specific to my region/account type that requires internal review.

Could you please check the status of my account/region for access to Google AI Stitch?

Hey @alxalx sorry for replying so late, mistakenly missed you comment, could you please provide us a screenshot of the issue you’re facing as some users also mentioned this earlier but it was different from the Stitch blocking mechanism as the same user was able to access Stitch with different account which clearly indicated that the issue was with their respective google account where factors were different hence requesting you to please check all the access policy for your google account and try again. Please mention me back if you face the issue. Thanks!
