Trying to set support here, this is where AI Studio is directing me, how can I get a manual review done?

After a couple of days use my Gemini API project (project ID gen-lang-client-023791…) is showing:
Status: Restricted
Billing Tier: Unavailable
It is not clear at all what the issue is or why my account has been restricted. I’ve not received any email or notification except to indicate that my projects were “reinstated”, but this is not the case. I see no ‘AbuseEvent’ logged. I’ve setup recovery methods, 2FA and verified age but still restricted. Default project and any others made except this one have been deleted in AI studio.
I want to use the Free Tier while evaluating functionality and validating an app, I do not want to enable billing and lose the free tier.
Please manually review my projects/account and restore free tier access or inform me why it’s restricted.
