Hello Google AI Studio Support Team,
I am facing a quota issue with the Gemini Live API.
I am using the model gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview. The Live connection is successful, but when the model starts generating a response, I receive the following error:
google.genai.errors.APIError: 1011 None. You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.
I tested multiple newly created API keys from different Google accounts, and the same quota exceeded error occurs almost immediately. I have barely used the model, so it seems unusual that the quota is exhausted right away.
I also confirmed that:

client.models.list()works. -
gemini-3.1-flash-live-previewappears in the available models. -
The Live connection can be established successfully.
Could you please check whether there is any issue with my account, project quota, regional restriction, or the Gemini 3.1 Flash Live Preview quota allocation?
