Request Veo 3.1 "Video Extension" Allowlisting for Project

I’m trying to implement the Veo 3.1 Video Extension feature, but the API is currently returning a FAILED_PRECONDITION error, which I assume means this capability is not yet enabled for my project.

I’m requesting immediate allowlisting access to proceed with my use case.

Required Allowlist Details:

  • Project ID: voltaic-racer-477600-q0

  • Feature: Veo 3.1 Video Extension

  • Access Route: Vertex AI API

  • Region: us-central1

  • Use Case: Extension of generated educational videos to promote learning.

Hi @Autovidz , Could you please specify which model version you are using to test the Video Extension feature? According to the Vertex AI documentation, not all Veo 3.1 versions support video extensions. Currently, only veo-3.1-generate-preview and veo-3.1-fast-generate-preview support this functionality.
