Request for Review — Gemini API Project Restricted with 403 PERMISSION_DENIED

Hello Google AI Studio / Gemini API Support Team,

I am developing an internal AI assistant for Culion Municipal LGU in the Philippines using Google Apps Script and the Gemini API.

My Google AI Studio project is marked Restricted, and its billing tier shows Unavailable.

Project name: Default Gemini Project

Project ID: `gen-lang-client-0218748..

Error received:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have verified that:

  • The Gemini API is enabled in Google Cloud Console.

  • The project has API keys configured for the Gemini API.

  • The API request still fails when calling generateContent.

Could you please review the project’s access status and advise how to restore Gemini API access? I would prefer to use the eligible free tier if available.

Can you share details on what tier account you are currently using for this project? (e.g: free Tier or Tier1, etc)
