Request for Manual Review: V Astra AI app suspended for abuse (Workspace False Positive)

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

My application “V Astra AI” hosted in Google AI Studio has been suspended with the notice: “App suspended for abuse (violations of our policies)”. I did not receive an email containing details or an appeal link.

I would like to clarify that V Astra AI is a legitimate AI productivity and utility application. It contains zero malicious code, zero exploits, and no deceptive content.

In the same account/workspace, I also maintain another educational project called “AI Prompt Library”, which includes defensive cybersecurity, OWASP Top 10 remediation, and secure coding prompt templates. It appears the automated Trust & Safety filters flagged those technical security keywords, triggering a workspace-level false positive that mistakenly suspended my V Astra AI app.

Workspace & Project Details:

- Affected Primary App: V Astra AI

- Workspace App URL: https://aistudio.google.com/apps/1efb8d21-18c0-4320-b779-85c6325fc2ff?showPreview=true&showAssistant=true

- Related Educational Project in Workspace: AI Prompt Library

- Account Email: v…@gmail.com

Could an authorized team member please conduct a manual review to restore and whitelist access to V Astra AI?

Thank you,

V Astra AI Technologies

Update: My workspace is also throwing ‘Failed to list API keys: permission denied’. I do not have a local backup of my project ‘V Astra AI’. Kindly prioritize unblocking access so I can safely export my codebase. Thank you.

Update on my suspended AI Studio project:

- Project ID: gen-lang-client-0237100..

- Project Name: Default Gemini Project

- Status: The AI Studio workspace remains blocked with “App suspended for abuse”.

- Issue: The appeal link in the workspace returns a 404 error, and no compliance email was received.

- Ongoing Impact: The Cloud Run service is continuously accumulating unexpected network egress billing from web crawler bot scraping. Because the project is locked, I cannot modify code or configure ingress/rate-limiting rules to stop this traffic.

Could any Google staff member or community moderator please escalate this project ID to the Trust & Safety team to manually review and clear the backend abuse flag?
