My Google Account was previously disabled, but my appeal was approved and account access has been restored.
After restoring and verifying my account, I created a new Google AI Studio project. However, the newly created project immediately shows Restricted, with Billing Tier: Unavailable.

Intended tier: Free Tier
Billing account: None
I would like to use the Gemini API Free Tier without enabling paid billing.
Could you please manually review whether the previous account restriction is still affecting Gemini API access?
