Request allowlist access for Vertex AI models: gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview and veo-3.1-lite-generate-preview

Hello Google AI Team,

I would like to request allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to use the following preview models:

  1. gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview
  2. veo-3.1-lite-generate-preview

Project Details:

  • Google Cloud Project ID: wired-benefit-493902-h1
  • Preferred Region: us-central1 (but flexible)
  • Billing: Active Google Cloud Free Trial ($300 credits)
  • Vertex AI API: Enabled
  • Authentication: Service account configured and working (tested successfully with gemini-1.5-flash)

Use Case:
I am able to use generally available models with no issues. When I attempt to call the preview models above, I receive a “PublisherModel not found” or access denied error, which indicates my project is not yet allowlisted.

Kindly add my project to the allowlist for both models. I’m happy to provide any additional information if needed.
