I am writing to request a refund for a transaction on my Google AI Studio Billing account.
By mistake, I topped up my account with 25 EUR to use the Veo 3.1 AI model. I have not used any portion of these credits, and my usage balance remains completely untouched.
Since this was an accidental purchase and no resources or tokens have been consumed, I would highly appreciate it if you could cancel this transaction and refund the 25 EUR back to my original payment method.
