Hello Google Support, I would like to request a refund for an accidental purchase of Gemini API prepaid credits.
Today, I accidentally purchased 500,000 VND of prepaid credits using my Visa card. Immediately after the purchase, I realized the mistake.
I have not used any of the credits and have not made any API requests. The credit balance remains untouched. I understand that prepaid credits are generally non-refundable. However, I kindly ask if you could make a one-time exception and refund this accidental purchase.
