Receiving Daily Quotas exhausted - But almost didn't use the Gemini API

Hi all,

I’m Gemini Pro subscriber and I’m having this warning:
”✕ [API Error: You have exhausted your daily quota on this model.]”
As soon I started using Gemini CLI, or try to use the the Gemini API in an app (Python code).

And if I go to AIStudio I don’t see any usage tracked….

Does anyone have any idea why this happens and how can I overcome it?
