Rate Quota Limit Extended without using it at all

i was waiting for 3 days now for the reset of quota limit as it was displaying it will reset on the 24.01 on 12AM ET, was motivated to continue my work on my project today but sadly i found out that the limit is extended to 31.01 without even using it at all …….
