Rate limited on GitHub gemini-code-assist app

I’ve enabled gemini-code-assist on some student repositories on GitHub(GitHub Apps - Gemini Code Assist · GitHub). This is as part of a full stack web development course. The repos are open source. We’ve recently started to see:

"Warning

You have reached your daily quota limit. Please wait up to 24 hours and I will start processing your requests again!"

How can I enable higher rate limits, or upgrade the account using gemini-code-assist to have higher rate limits/tokens?

Rate limit depends on the Gemini model and API tier. To upgrade, visit Billing | Gemini API | Google AI for Developers. And Which model are using?
