Sorry, I still cannot reproduce your finding. I checked all my family accounts and the data is still not recoverable after it is deleted.

If you want to dispute my evidence, please show a full video with a complete delete + trash empty + restore test using the official Google Recovery Tool. Checking random accounts without demonstrating the process is not relevant to this bug.
