history in https://aistudio.google.com/library will be deleted after X days. It meet the GDPR requirement. Unless you can still prove the prompt and your files still accessible after 30 days. Then you have case, else just read the TOS or do not use the service at all.

Sorry, I still cannot reproduce your finding. I checked all my family accounts and the data is still not recoverable after it is deleted.

If you want to dispute my evidence, please show a full video with a complete delete + trash empty + restore test using the official Google Recovery Tool. Checking random accounts without demonstrating the process is not relevant to this bug.
