I need to process private data for work, and I don’t want it to be used for model training. On the website I read that data sent through the free API may be used by Google, while with the paid plan it isn’t.
Here’s my situation: I added my credit card, but I’m not actually spending anything since the tier 1 limits are enough for me. My question is: is my account considered “paid” in this case, or not? And will my data still be used for training, or will it remain private?

By adding your credit card and setting up a billing account, your account is considered as a “paid” service. Consequently, your data will not be used for model training.
