Hello Google AI team,
I need help with a billing/prepayment issue on my Gemini API project.
Project name: Jo muflih
Project ID: jo-muflih
The project is linked to a Google Cloud Billing account.
In Google AI Studio, the project shows Paid Tier 1, but the Gemini API Billing page says that no prepayment method is set up.
When I click “Set up prepay” and then “Agree & continue”, the page becomes completely blank/white and I cannot complete the prepayment setup.
My API requests return this error:
429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
“Your prepayment credits are depleted. Please go to AI Studio to manage your project and billing.”
I have already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Using Chrome normally
- Allowing third-party cookies
- Using a different API key from the same project
- Checking the Google Cloud Billing account
- Reopening the AI Studio billing page
The problem still persists.
Could you please check whether the billing/prepayment status for project “jo-muflih” is synchronized correctly and help me enable the required prepayment setup?
