Posted this on Google Feedback just now

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and have been satisfied with Antigravity and the usage of your models there. But suddenly you have changed the terms of service without informing the users by introducing a serious rate limit that makes the product practically unusable.

Surely Google know that such a breach of service is a violation of many consumer laws, at least here in Europe, and users should be informed ahead of time before a renewal happens of a subscription so that a user has time to judge whether they want to continue paying for the service.

I suggest you look at you own AI forum:

The amount of complaints is staggering, clearly indicating that many users feel cheated. The template reply from your representatives is surely not good enough, so I suggest to save face that Google actually tried to solve this and be clearer in their policies towards their paying customers.

Also the UX is broken with the quota system. It shows that it resets after a certain time, but once that time is reached, it just reset the timer with no actual quota increase. This tricks users into thinking that if they just wait a little, they will get some back. As it stands now, it is a dishonest practice.

Best regards,
John Christian
