Please, I beg you, bring back the manual chat saving function. If you need to add this auto-save feature so badly, just make this option enabled by default for all users, but give us the ability to turn it off in the settings.
Before, I could create ready-made instructions for my work, with examples and tips, and refer to them as needed without cluttering these prompt-instructions with a bunch of unnecessary information. With the addition of forced auto-saving, I’ve lost the ability to do this. And it’s terrible!

having auto-save off allowed me to have a template conversation (with saved system instructions, temperature, model, etc.), so that I can use it for temporary questions without having duplicate conversations that I have to delete from Drive.

please! I beg you, return user control over autosave, it is very important for quality use. without it the drive gets clogged, and there is no possibility to view options normally.

Why did they removed the manual save button? Are they stupid? Did they even think about the problems that comes later on for so many users? What if you accidentally delete an output prompt, and it’s gone forever because of the auto save? (The UI is still terrible and middle centered btw)
