I use a personal gmail.com account (not Workspace). I added a credit‑card billing account and linked it to my project, but now I cannot create any Gemini API keys or service account JSON keys.
In Google AI Studio → API keys I get an “API key permission issue” pointing to org policies. In Google Cloud → IAM & Admin → Service Accounts → Keys I get:
“Service account key creation is disabled. Enforced Organization Policies IDs: iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation.”
Because of this I cannot authenticate to the Gemini API from tools like SillyTavern, even though billing is active and I am happy to pay. This is a personal Gmail so I don’t have an org admin. Please remove or fix these policies for my account/projects so I can create Gemini API keys or service account keys.
