Persistent "Build Process" Error: Application stuck on start-up screen

Hi Google AI Team,

I am reporting a persistent issue with Google AI Studio that started today. Despite the service working perfectly yesterday, I am now unable to access the interface.

Problem Description:

  • The page is stuck on the loading screen with the message: “Please wait while your application starts… there may have been an issue during the build process.” (As shown in my attached screenshot).

  • Even though the official status page says “All Systems Operational”, the service remains inaccessible.

Steps I have already taken:

  1. Cleared browser cache and cookies.

  2. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and Incognito mode.

  3. Attempted to log in from different accounts.

  4. Tested from different networks (Home and Work), but the error persists.

This seems to be a server-side “build” issue affecting my access. Could you please investigate if there is a regional outage or a specific bug affecting certain users today?
