I am writing to report a persistent error that has been affecting my access for over 15 days now. Every time I attempt to use the service, it fails with an “Agent terminated due to error” message.
Could you please investigate whether this is a system bug or if there is an issue with my account configuration? I would appreciate it if you could let me know what steps I need to take to restore access.
