Not sure what to do about it. I’ve tried a number of solutions posted here including cache & settings clearing, age verification, country verification, removing & re-adding payment method, nothing’s fixed it.
I originally purchased the Pro subscription through a work email that was not connected to an org and it has recently, so that may have something to do with it? But I don’t want to change the terms of my Pro account by re-registering the subscription through the org, and I don’t know if that will solve my problem anyway.
I dug around and this bug seems to be super common, has there seriously been no identified cause/resolution?
Edit: For anyone suffering the same issue, we figured it out: the account that purchased Google Pro to get access to Antigravity Pro was originally a personal account. It was then adopted by our workspace org, which turned the account into a workspace account, which no longer work with Antigravity Pro. Workspace accounts require Antigravity to be subscribed to through their org workspace, which costs (slightly) more, but is also assigned to a specific cloud project. Naturally, this is a downgrade, so if you fall into this very specific set of conditions, your best-case solution is to cancel your Google Antigravity Pro subscription, and re-subscribe under a new personal account not managed by your org’s workspace.
