Antigravity randomly switched my Google AI Pro account to Starter quota

Antigravity randomly switched my Google AI Pro account to Starter quota for no reason

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with Antigravity where my account suddenly started being treated as Antigravity Starter, even though I have an active Google AI Pro subscription.

Antigravity was working normally with my Pro subscription before. Today, I noticed that my account was showing “Antigravity Starter” and my Gemini models were suddenly using the weekly Starter quota instead of the Pro limits.

What I’m seeing

I’m using:

  • Windows

  • Antigravity CLI 1.1.12

  • Google AI Pro

  • Gemini 3.1 Pro

Antigravity currently shows:

Antigravity Starter

and the quota is:

Weekly Limit Remaining
Refreshes in ~92 hours

Google One, however, shows that my Google AI Pro subscription is active.

Things I’ve already tried

I’ve tried quite a few things to make sure this wasn’t just a login or local cache issue:

  • Logged out of Antigravity and logged back in

  • Confirmed I was using the Google account with the active Pro subscription

  • Restarted Antigravity

  • Checked /usage

  • Confirmed I’m running the correct agy.exe

  • Confirmed the CLI version is 1.1.12

  • Removed the gemini:antigravity credential from Windows Credential Manager

  • Logged back in again from scratch

None of this changed the account tier. It still shows Antigravity Starter.

What makes this especially strange is that Antigravity was working with my Pro subscription previously, so this seems like the Pro entitlement may have stopped syncing correctly rather than the subscription itself being inactive.

I’ve also found a few other recent reports describing very similar Pro → Starter quota problems, so I’m wondering if this is currently a backend entitlement/quota-sync issue.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

If so, did anything actually fix it, or did Google have to resync the account entitlement on their side?

Hi @Artinuuw

1. Close Antigravity completely.

2. Sign out of all Google accounts in your default browser except the exact personal Google account with the active Pro subscription (or temporarily use a clean browser profile).

3. Open Windows File Explorer and delete the following three folders

  • %APPDATA%\Antigravity
  • %USERPROFILE%\.antigravity
  • %USERPROFILE%\.gemini

4. Open Antigravity and perform the OAuth login process again.

If the lockout persists:

I really tried, step by step, what you said. I cleared the folders. I tried connecting through an incognito tab. Still, it didn’t work. I still have an “AI Pro” account that has a “Starter” usage quota.
