Antigravity login issue — OAuth succeeds in browser but app does not complete sign-in for one specific Google AI paid account

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to sign in to Antigravity using a Google account, and I would appreciate your help.

I recently created a new Google account, completed age verification, and subscribed to Gemini Pro. The subscription is active and works correctly in Gemini, so the account itself appears to be fully functional.

However, when attempting to sign in to Antigravity, the following issue occurs:

  • Clicking “Sign in with Google” opens the browser normally

  • Google login completes successfully

  • The browser redirects to antigravity://oauth-success

  • However, Antigravity does not proceed and remains on the login/setup screen

  • No error message is displayed

I have carefully tested and verified the following:

  • Other Google accounts (including a company/workspace account and another personal account) can sign in successfully on the same PC and environment

  • This issue occurs only with this specific Google account

  • The account is age verified

  • Gemini Pro subscription is active and functioning normally

  • I have tried reinstalling Antigravity, clearing browser cookies, resetting Google account connections, rebooting the PC, and using different browsers, but the issue persists

  • The antigravity://oauth-success protocol works correctly when triggered manually

Based on these tests, this does not seem to be an environment or client-side issue. It appears that the problem may be related to this specific account, possibly due to incomplete onboarding or a backend provisioning issue.

Could you please check whether there is any issue with this account’s Antigravity onboarding state and reset it if necessary?

Thank you very much for your support.

Hi @josephyu ,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have escalated the issue to our internal teams for a thorough investigation.

To ensure our engineering team can investigate and resolve these issues effectively, we highly recommend filing bug reports directly through the Antigravity in-app feedback tool. You can do this by navigating to the top-right corner of the interface, clicking the Feedback icon, and selecting Report Issue.

I have the same error, I was already thinking about reinstalling everything, but thanks for your comments, you saved me time and stress. It looks like this is an internal error, and it’s decided that only the AG developers on the backend are to blame.

Hi,

Thank you for your response and for escalating the issue.

However, in my case, I am unable to access the in-app Feedback tool because I cannot complete the login process. The application remains stuck on the sign-in screen, so there is no access to the main interface where the Feedback button would normally be available.

Please let me know if there is an alternative way to submit logs or diagnostic information for this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Is there any update regarding this issue? Have you able to login?

Hi,

No update yet. The issue still persists and I’m still unable to log in with that account.

Other accounts work fine on the same environment.

Thanks.

I’ve had this happen before. I tried disconnecting all antigravity connections from my Google account, and then I was able to log in after a day or two. Hope it’s useful to you too.

Thanks for sharing this.

I’ve already tried disconnecting Antigravity from my Google account, but I haven’t waited for a day or two afterward. I’ll give that a try and see if it helps.

Appreciate the suggestion!

Thanks for your suggestion!

I disconnected the account and waited for about 2 days, and then I was finally able to log in successfully. It seems like the delay was important.

Really appreciate your help
