Hello,
I currently have two paid subscriptions, but after last night’s update both accounts have been locked out for 6 days.
I sincerely hope this is just a bug, but as things stand, the service has become unusable. I am paying for both subscriptions and I expect to be able to access them normally, as I did before.
Please look into this issue and restore access as soon as possible. If the problem is not corrected promptly, I will unfortunately be forced to cancel my subscriptions.
Did Google release any news?
