Overnight quota limit change, ULTRA plan user using Antigravity

I feel outraged to find that, overnight and without any prior notice, limits were placed on the models, even though I am a paying customer subscribed to your highest-tier plan, the ULTRA plan.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand that the conditions under which I purchased the plan be fully restored. Otherwise, I demand a 60% reduction in the plan’s cost, since the ULTRA plan costs $250 USD per month and, up until yesterday, March 25, 2026, it provided me with model quotas without any issues.

Google AI Ultra plan — I waited for my 5-hour limits to reset, then after only a couple of hours of use, the cooldown suddenly showed “1 day, 9 hours.” It looks like the 5-hour limit is dynamic — the more I use during a long sprint, the faster it drains. This is not what the Ultra plan advertises. At $250/month, I expect either consistent limits or clear documentation of how the throttling actually works. Can someone clarify what’s going on?

I purchased the Ultra plan specifically because it offered unrestricted access to Claude Opus. Two weeks ago I could work a full day without hitting even 50% of my limit. Now I’m hitting the cap within 30 minutes of starting a session. This is not a minor tweak it’s a fundamental change to the service I paid for.

I’m based in the EU (Poland), and under EU consumer law and Google’s own Terms of Service for European users, any modification that negatively affects access to the service requires advance notice, a description of the change, and the right to cancel with a proportional refund. None of this was provided.

My requests:

Restore the quota conditions that were in place at the time of purchase, OR

Issue a proportional refund reflecting the reduced service value since March 25, OR

Provide a clear, written explanation of the new limits so users can make an informed decision about continuing their subscription.

Silently degrading a ultra plan overnight is not acceptable. I hope Google takes this seriously otherwise I will be escalating to my bank (chargeback) and filing a complaint with the relevant EU consumer protection authority (UOKiK / ODR platform).

Im cancelling after this month as well, it’s insane paying that money for a constant “Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.”There is now traffic outburst… I already check all the service statuses from google servers…

I think I am done with ultra plan. With opus 4.6, I have to wait 4 hours after 30-40 min normal usage.

Same here, I did Not use sonnet that much. Mostly for important things or to review geminies work. I really hope this gets fixed. Why 2.5 day waiting for a ultra user. Also the AI credits are burning way way to fast. I did a few messages and burned like 4k AI credits???
