I’m paying for Google Ultra and API fees, yet all I get is a ‘Server Busy’ message. My work has been dead in the water all day. No apology, no compensation—just like last time. Is this really the level of reliability we should expect from a ‘global leader’? It’s hard to see the value in a service that fails its most dedicated users when they need it most

I’m currently facing the same issue, receiving repeated “Server Busy” messages despite having active subscriptions and API usage in place.

there is no use of complaining bros. we have massive user data but less computing power , example :- 1000 cars trying to enter on two higway lanes. what would go wrong, exactly everything could go wrong . google are trying to build their own Custom Silicon (TPU v6/v7) , but it takes way more time. untill then we are stick to using nvidia chips . but the bottleneck problem will continue untill some data centers are built overnight as production ready.

Now they priorotizing the gemini models avaiable for chat bots which is used my 100 mil peoples every day . not for 10 mil people started antigravity agent based work which need solid 50 queries non stop to do even simple tasks.

But we are only want what we paid for, if the resources insufficient to allow so many users to use, please stop accepting subscription! I paid high price for Ultra plan, but got no corresponding service level.

We facing this issues not only for free users, even for pro and ultra paid users.
But heres the catch, even paid users list is massive , google tried to prioritized contract based responses like they litrelly tied up to an enterprise to use their agent 24/7 without any errors or token exauste, what will google do , ofcourse they priorotize single developer who tries to code vs an entire enterprise tries to code .

Exact Term Enterprise Overload : Large companies (Enterprise users) often have guaranteed uptime contracts. When things get tight, the system might be pushing all available power to those massive corporate accounts, leaving individual Pro users in a queue.

오후에는 모델을 클로드로 변경해서 어느 정도 일을 했고 느낀 건 아….클로드랑 짜고 이러는건가? 싶더군요

클로드로 유료 사용자 몰아주기? 결국 사용자는 제미나이의 차선책으로 클로드도 사용해야 하는……

And I have the same problem, I don’t understand why I’m paying for the subscription. First they cut the quota and now this.

same here, and it seems every unsuccessful prompt execution is decrementing my baseline quota.

Google doesn’t care about its paid customers.
It’s been 5 or 6 hours, and they haven’t resolved the issue. That’s how responsible they are, for their paid customers.

agree. none stop breaking. at the very least broken prompts should be “free” otherwise its just a way of draining your limits for nothing…
