Ongoing Billing & Access Issues (Google One Ultra) – 10+ Days Without Available AI credit /Opus/Sonnet Access, Support Unresponsive

I am writing this out of a deep sense of frustration and, honestly, profound disappointment. I am currently subscribed to the Google One Ultra tier, but I am facing a critical issue that is completely blocking my workflow, and official support has been unable to resolve it.

Today, Google successfully processed my subscription payment, yet my account was never refreshed. My usage credits remain empty, and the system does not reflect my renewed billing cycle.

What makes this situation truly disheartening is that this is just the latest compounding issue. For over ten days now, I have been completely unable to use Opus or Sonnet. I have reached out to Google One support multiple times regarding this. While they consistently assure me that they are looking into it and will help, the conversations inevitably fade into silence with absolutely no follow-up or resolution.

It is incredibly sad to invest in the highest tier of an ecosystem you believe in, only to be left entirely stranded with broken features and dead-end support. You expect a certain level of reliability to keep building and working, and right now, that is completely absent.

Is there anyone from the Google Antigravity team here, or anyone with direct contacts, who might be able to help escalate this? I genuinely want to continue using the platform, but I am currently completely blocked and feeling very let down by the lack of care.

Thank you for contacting us. To help us to troubleshoot the issue, could you please share what version of Antigravity you are using? If you are not using the latest version (v2.0.10), please try updating.

When was the last time you were able to successfully use the Claude Sonnet/Opus models before the lockout?

You can also submit a feedback report through the in-product “Provide feedback” option and make sure to check the “Include diagnostics” box. This will capture a Trace ID that allows our team to look up your specific request details directly.
