One person, several paid Google AI Pro accounts: may a local orchestrator use them with the official agy CLI?

Hi,

I build a personal, single-user coding orchestrator on Windows 11. It spawns the official, unmodified agy binary as a local child process in headless mode (agy -p ... --output-format stream-json). The orchestrator never reads, copies or reuses OAuth tokens. agy handles its own sign-in, and I sign in to each account interactively once. I’ve read the staff replies in #184785 and #181088, and my setup follows them.

My question is about multiple accounts. I personally own 15 Google accounts, and each has its own paid Google AI Pro subscription. I’m the only person who uses all of them.

  1. May one person hold several paid AI Pro subscriptions on different accounts and use all of them with Antigravity or agy? Or does the quota count per person rather than per account?
  2. If that’s allowed, may my orchestrator use a different signed-in account for each agy process, each with its own config directory? Would it be allowed if it:
    • (a) assigns tasks to accounts in a fixed way, for example account A for reviews and account B for implementation; or
    • (b) moves to the next account when one reaches its 5-hour or weekly quota?
  3. May two or more of these accounts run agy at the same time on one machine and one IP address?
  4. If (b) or (3) isn’t allowed, what’s the supported way to get more capacity for one person? Google AI Ultra, AI credits on AI Pro, or a paid Gemini API key?
  5. Is there a supported way to set the agy config or credentials directory per process, for example an environment variable, so accounts don’t share state?

Before building anything I’d like to know I’m inside the Terms, so I don’t trigger abuse detection or risk a suspension. Thanks!

Hi @Winez, Welcome to the Forum!

Thank you for asking before proceeding. To be very clear: No, this is not allowed.

While we permit running the official agy CLI locally as a subprocess for your own personal use (as long as you are using your single personal account and interacting with it directly), using an orchestrator to cycle through multiple Google AI Pro accounts to bypass quota limits, pool capacity, or distribute tasks is a direct violation of the Terms of Service.

Consumer Google AI Pro subscriptions are strictly intended for individual use. Multiplexing 15 accounts in an automated fashion will trigger abuse detection and result in permanent suspensions across those accounts.

If you are building an orchestrator that requires capacity beyond what a single individual consumer account provides, the supported and compliant approach is to use the Gemini Developer API or Vertex AI. Those platforms are designed specifically for programmatic, scaled, and high-volume workloads and offer tier-based pricing for exactly this kind of use case.
