I’m trying to get my rate limit increased for gemini-3-pro-image-preview and I’m honestly a bit stuck.
Over the past month+, I’ve submitted multiple official request forms for a rate limit increase (the standard process recommended in the docs). Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response at all — no confirmation, no rejection, nothing.
At the moment I’m blocked by the current limit, which makes it difficult to move forward with production testing and launch planning.
So I wanted to ask:

Has anyone else experienced no response for an extended time when requesting a rate limit increase?

Is there any alternative channel (support, partner contact, escalation path) that actually works?

Or is there something specific you need to include in the request to get a reply?
Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated.
