Is it just a disclaimer for Google, or will I get in any sort of legal trouble for publishing or trying to make some money on what I make with experimental models? If it is OK to publish as long as I don’t blame Google for errors made, should I still mention that I have used an experimental AI model from Google?

Yes, it is related to the terms of usage of experimental models. I understand that the models are not made for production use. The question is if deploying/selling outputs sampled from the models is allowed.
