Manual Sync Request: AI Studio stuck on "Processing" (Cloud Billing is Active)

Hello,

My Gemini API project is currently stuck in the billing processing loop, and I am unable to unlock my rate limits.

The Issue:

I have successfully set up an active Google Cloud Billing account, but the AI Studio page remains permanently stuck on the message: “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.”

My Status:

My Google Cloud billing account is 100% active.

The billing account is explicitly linked to my AI Studio project in the Cloud Console.

There are no holds, failed charges, or pending verifications on my end.

I believe my account is stuck in a sync loop. Could a team member please force a manual synchronization to unblock my API access? I can provide my Project ID via direct message if needed.
