I am requesting a manual review of the billing status for my Gemini API project.
Project ID: astrbot-gemini-50200..
Issue: Google AI Studio continues to show the billing information / billing tier as “Unavailable”.
Duration: More than two weeks.
Impact: The Gemini API used by my AstrBot service remains unusable.
I have waited more than 14 days for backend propagation, but the status has not changed. Please check whether this project or its billing profile is stuck in a backend synchronization or account review state, and manually refresh or escalate it.
If additional verification or remediation is required, please tell me the exact requirement.
