Login Issue: "Account Not Eligible" error after macOS reinstall - Request for assistance

Dear Antigravity Team,

I am writing to report a critical login issue I am experiencing with the Antigravity editor.

After I reinstalled my macOS system, I found myself unable to log in, repeatedly receiving an “Account not eligible” error message.

I am reaching out because Antigravity has become an indispensable tool for me. I am currently diving into the field of Embodied AI, and your editor has been crucial in helping me bridge my knowledge gaps. It allows me to understand programming projects more comprehensively and accurately than ever before. It has truly helped me immensely.

Could you please assist me in restoring access to my account? I would be extremely grateful for your help in continuing my learning journey with Antigravity.

My Account Info:

  • Google Account Email:

  • OS Version: macOS 26.1

  • Error Message: “Account not eligible”

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best regards

Got a similar issue, but instead reinstalling my operating system, it just stopped working login after one week using Antigravity. I’m a Google AI Pro subscriber and lives in a eligible country. I don’t use Antigravity through VPN or proxy.

For now, I’m switching back to vscode.

Thanks for your email.
I have to stop Antigravity now and use VScode again also.
Because of the policy,I need VPN.
Maybe my VPN or pro account has something wrong.
I tried some measures, like tun model and global.None of them work.
It’s really a pity for me,T_T.
However,best wishes to you.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your concern with us. To help resolve the issue with your login, please review the following checklist:

  1. Age Verification: You may need to verify your age to unlock increased quotas. You can complete this process at the following link: https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification.

  2. Regional Availability: Please note that upgraded quotas through Google One are not currently available in all locations. We recommend referring to the full list of supported regions here to confirm availability in your area.

  3. Account Status: Please ensure you are signed in with the correct Google Account associated with your Pro subscription. You can verify this by opening the Settings menu in Antigravity and clicking on Account in the left-hand sidebar. If the wrong account is listed, simply click Sign out and log back in with the correct credentials.

@Abhijit_Pramanik Are you seriously suggesting that this is somehow beneficial?

I’ve done this. I’ve always been in Spain, and I’m currently in Spain. I don’t use a proxy or a VPN. I have my age verified, and in fact, I was using antigravity just an hour ago. So, what exactly do you think this will accomplish?
