Hello, I was into a month’s long session when I was asked to upload a file . After I uploaded the file it got stuck with a rotating icon and now the error “error An internal error has occurred” I tried all suggestions. I have the .json file of the session, but due to the limitation of Google’s upload, the 10.5MB file just crashes a new session. I even used a Powershell cmd to convert the .json to plain text and the file did not go down in size. I have a paid service here and apparently no support. I have been at this recovery now for 13 hours and have gotten nowhere. If the full .json could be read I feel that this would have been resolved many hours ago.
Any ideas?? I hate to lose all this work. Thanks
Quick follow up… I divided the file that was converted to text via powershell to two 3mb files the first uploaded fine and the second half crashed the session with the same error.
Thank you AstroNight,
I am working form Ai Studio as a (online web editor) via chrome, and I am also paying the 19.99 per month if that helps. Apparently not.
I cannot move back or forward. I do know it is a locked .vb file that is still in limbo with the rotating icon.
I am quite new to this. The session was going along fine until that upload. It shows the uploads with the last coded comment above it.
I converted the supposedly (session name).json 10.5Mb file to text using a script in powershell, I even split the text based recovery in half. The first half loaded fine, but the second half locked the session up thus me creating another new recovery session. In that second half is the issue since it locked that session up. I have talked to what claims to be Live Chat in support which I feel was just another Ai. and I have tried what little suggestions were made.
What I do not get is why they make a recovery file if you can not use it due to its size.
Again, the json file if 10.5mb and is to large to upload to the new session for recovery. I even removed the possible bad section within the json file and it still did not work.
I also have a project coming up for people with dementia that is a software and hardware (Micro Computer) based item to get them through their daily routines. Hardware will be using Flux Ai and another for circuit board design in sync with Ai Studio.
Should I trust any Ai service after all this since mess if there is not any real backup? C/P of each segment of the session to a text or doc file of a session would be a nightmare.
You touched on something called Anti Gravity desktop app? Maybe I would be better of working this project this offline.
Thank you for your quick reply to my mess here.
A quick followup.
I installed AntiGravity and what a difference from a Web based disaster to a flowing project.
After a month’s worth of yes and no trials and issues with the Ai crashing when uploading even a simple file, this is night and day difference with an actual running result within minutes after pointing Antigravity to the folders needed with .vb information.
Hopefully this is the fix I needed. Thank you…
