Legal use of gemini

I am developing an application where the main use is to integrate the API and the use of Gemini within a video game, the problem is whether I can legally use Gemini as an individual product using the word “gemini” as something separate, here is a list of examples:

  1. Gemini Moderation Assistant
  2. AI Assistant Model
  3. Gemini Assistant
  4. Gemini Automod Assistant
  5. Gemini Copilot
  6. Google Gemini Automod
  7. Gemini Helper

My main question is, can the name Gemini be used in a commercial product? If so, what are the legal restrictions on its use?
