I am located in Kyiv, Ukraine. My billing address is correct, age is verified and the subscription works fine in other Google services. It seems like Antigravity specifically doesn’t recognize my Pro status or my location.
This problem has definitely been going on for over a month now. As far as I can tell, it has affected a significant number of users in different countries. However, it seems like no one is paying any attention to it. People are being charged for a product they are not receiving.
UPD. However, as I see it, most of the complaints seem to come from Ukraine.
The documentation states that support extends to, quote:
Ukrainian territories other than Crimea, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (“DNR”), and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (“LNR”)
I am, to put it mildly, very far from these territories. And everything worked fine before, until it stopped. It seems that someone simply broke the geofencing or something like that.
Confirming. I’m experiencing the same issue. I contacted Google One support 4–5 days ago and responded to their questions regarding my operating system and other details, but there has been no change so far. I’m interested to hear Google’s explanation for this.
I also sent a bug report and wrote an email but so far there has been no response whatsoever. And zero of the responses provided on reddit and twitter are of any use.
As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we will be establishing generous weekly limits for all models. This will only affect a minority of Google AI Pro users. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers!

From the very first letter, I described the essence of the problem, which would have been clear to any ordinary person, but not to Google support. And then the letters started coming in. You tried logging out of your account and then logging in, confirming your age, gender, and race. Each time, I explain the essence of the problem over and over again, and each time, support comes back with more nonsense. It’s hard to imagine such a low level of competence in both the people and the technical support system.
I canceled my subscription a week ago but now I see that the descriptions for AI Pro and AI Ultra mention Antigravity. So, could it be that the expanded quotas are finally working in Ukraine?
