Is Google Vibe Coding Antigravity Without Any Release Testing?!

Every release is worst than the last. We are forced to update then have to deal with their latest untested release.

Antigravity Version: 1.22.2

Issues:

  1. Agents don’t stay in their workspace. If I have two IDEs open set to two different workspaces, the agents are constantly trying to open the last workspace that was interacted with. This was not a problem before, but now every single request I have to stop the conversation so they will read my message telling them to stay in their designated workspace.

  2. Search no longer works. If the agents search for an issue, the IDE hangs indefinitely. I have to stop the thread and tell the agent to use terminal to search.

This is extremely frustrating to be paying premium for a product that is just shipping garbage. I expect it from a new founder building on Replit, but this is embarrassing. I am about to uninstall and go back to Cline or Claude.

Doubtful because if they were they would be releasing more often and with better updates. It takes them days to make the most ridiculously small changes. Other competitors are lapping them constantly even on their own distinguishing features. VS Code has an agent manager in Insiders that is more stable than the one in AGY.

It doesnt even seem like it is staffed anymore and the updates it does get is just a personal time after hours thing. I suspect Google pulled funding and it is just in limbo until the top level decision made on its future.
