Is Google actually listening to us?

As of May 8, 2026, I have posted inquiries regarding AntiGravity on various forums, including this site, to raise objections and ask questions.

I’ve tried everything I could—sending messages directly to AntiGravity, using Google One, Gmail, and several other forums.

As a result, more than a week has passed without any response from Google, and time just keeps slipping away.

Are our voices really reaching them?
In fact, while these kinds of issues were frequently mentioned in past articles, is their response still slow even now? Or is it just me? How about you all?

If it’s just a mix-up, I’d appreciate it if they’d just let me know; if not, I’d like to work on resolving the issue.

Yet there’s been no word at all—I feel like I’m being kept in limbo.

It’s almost time to renew my Google plan, so
I’d like a response to my questions as soon as possible…

Google has never been great with responding to users.

I’ve had issues with AntiGravity too. Opened support tickets and contacted them multiple times, but I never received any meaningful response. The only reply I got was a link to the standard procedure, which I had already followed carefully, and unfortunately it still didn’t solve the problem.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue as you.

I submitted a refund request this month when my plan was up for renewal.

I communicated with the official support team at that time, but currently, the only response I’ve received regarding this ban is what you mentioned—likely just a link to the “forum submission procedure” (Appeal Form — Terms of Service suspension for Antigravity, Gemini CLI, and Gemini Code Assist).

The Google support representative who assisted me also said, “There’s no option but to wait.”
They said they don’t know how long that might take…

So, if anyone reading this is facing the same issue, you might have no choice but to cancel your plan immediately, just as I did, and wait until the problem is resolved.

Fortunately, I was able to make some progress on my work using a local AI, so I took this opportunity to set it up and am now able to handle at least the minimum necessary tasks.
If you haven’t tried it yet, it might be worth giving it a shot.

To summarize the experience I had:
・You will almost certainly not receive a response from the official team. This is practically a given.
No matter how many times you submit the forum form, you won’t get a reply. In fact, there are cases where your submissions are treated as spam, so you should avoid sending them repeatedly.
・Refunds for higher-tier plans are generally granted as long as not too much time has passed. In my case, the day after my plan renewal, I requested a refund stating, “Since there was no action taken regarding the ban, I’d like a refund.” Initially, I received an email saying it was non-refundable, but after reporting the situation directly to Google, the refund was processed.

…Honestly, I didn’t see anything in Google’s response this time that offered a concrete solution, so it really seems like we just have to wait. It’s very disappointing.

No they are not,

I have given up months ago. Especially since it keeps ripping me off with “prioritising tool usage” every response in a single chat. It’s just a ripoff! I use same prompt with same model but custom provider and it does not do that, Google cannot be trusted.

I use AG for what little it gives. Make plans with flash and move over to codium+continue+openrouter right after.

So for everyone that is surprised their quota goes down unexpectedly, let me tell you what pradeep pardoep or patel should have told people here a long time ago: In the bottom right corner of AG you can check options, and you should turn of linting and autocompletion right now. Do not use AG as a code editor only use it for agentic execution. Use an external editor like visual studio or codium to so human work on your code. This will save you some token.

Also never use opus to plan. Use flash or sonnet. I would advice to always use sonnet and only move to opus when it is really stuck.

But in the end, its just a shame nobody can’t really use AG for their whole workday. But we will be fine ppl; the harder they squeeze the faster and harder other people will work to invent or get better solutions!
