Based on my evidence, the court will examine AI Studio’s deletion process, the JSON‑pointer mechanism, the backend session retention, and the UI‑level misrepresentation.
This is a systemic data‑processing violation affecting millions of users.
I am open to an out‑of‑court settlement before their system is formally investigated.
