I am experiencing a critical sync failure (referenced in other threads as AG-859)

Environment:

  • IDE: Antigravity v1.20.5

  • Tier: Google AI Pro (Paid)

Issue Summary: I am experiencing a critical sync failure (referenced in other threads as AG-859). Despite successfully purchasing 2,500 additional AI credits, my IDE available balance remains stuck at 87 credits. Simultaneously, all professional models are showing an erroneous 3-day, 13-hour lockout instead of the standard 5-hour refresh cycle.

Troubleshooting Done:

  • Performed hard re-authentication (Sign Out/Sign In).

  • Toggled “AI Credit Overages” ON/OFF.

  • Verified purchase is successful in Google One billing activity.

I have the same problem. Were you able to get a manual quota reconciliation, and did it work?

multiple calls to the support team and email escalations have not resulted in a resolution. Quality of Google support has deteriorated significantly!
