How much code should be submitted for the Gemini competition, and what are the privacy guarantees?

First off excited by Gemini competition

I am building a web app powered by Gemini that I plan to submit. However, not 100% sure whether I would want the entirety of my code-base visible by judges. On top of that the code would consist of front end + the back end (that calls Gemini).

That leads me to the question – is it ok if we only submit parts of the code (that use Gemini) while redacting the non-Gemini parts? Also can we get a guarantee that the code submitted won’t be leaked and be used by judges to build competitors?
