Hi Google team,
We are evaluating deeper integrations with the Gemini ecosystem and would like to understand the process for making our product available directly within the Gemini experience.
We noticed that:
- Gemini Spark includes an “Other apps” section with integrations such as Canva.
- The Gemini app also has a Connected apps section, where the Other category already includes integrations such as GitHub, Asana, and HubSpot.
We would like to understand how software vendors can become part of these experiences.
Could you please help clarify the following?
- Is there a public partner or developer program that allows third-party software companies to have their application appear in Gemini Spark’s “Other apps” section?
- For the Gemini Connected apps experience, what is the process for adding a custom application or SaaS product? Is there a public onboarding process, or are these integrations currently available only through invitation or strategic partnerships with Google?
- Are there any technical requirements, APIs, MCP capabilities, certification processes, or partner programs that developers should follow to be considered for these integrations?
- If there is not yet a public onboarding process, are there any plans to introduce one in the future? If so, is there a registration page or waitlist that interested companies can join?
- We understand that Gemini Spark is currently available for personal Google accounts. Is there an expected timeline or roadmap for when Spark will become available for Google Workspace (work/enterprise) accounts?.
Any guidance or roadmap information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
