HELP: Impossible to get Gemini API key (gives me a blank)- Bug [I am in a country where Gemini API is available!]

@asoroken or anyone from google Please help me to resolve this bug on your system: Google AI Studio About getting Gemini API key. I contacted Google Support, they oriented me here saying this that I copied from the email: "Upon reviewing this case with our internal specialist team, We would like to inform you that currently we do not support Google AI Studio. Either if it has to do with access or other functionalities and requests, the case will be treated as Out-of-Scope case. n order to resolve this issue, or get support on this matter, I would request you to please reach out to the Google AI Studio Community support : Google AI Studio - Build with Google AI
My problem
I would like to create a Gemini API key on Google AI studio (normally very basic and simple), I am in a country where Gemini is available (Tunisia). But unfortunately, when I do get the API key, it generates a blank without any API key (knowing that I know very well that there are even colleagues who have this key since April 2024), I think it’s a bug. and I see people talking about this on the formums like this on reddit and that they resolved it by contacting the support (But as you see it is not the case now, I can even give you my ticket where they orient me here: #54366958
I have an associated billing account and I intend not only to use the free version but pay-as-you-go (for the context-caching with Gemini Pro 1.5) .

How can you solve my problem, there is no assistance channel on Google Gemini API key techincal issues and on discord, they say they can’t resolve technical issues, it’s not normal.

What can I do in my case? How can you resolve my problem (or suggest a direct email )? It is very basic but really without the Gemini API key I can’t do anything.
I can give you may email adress to verify all that please if you want (this is the same asscociated with this account). Please HELP

Welcome to the forum. I don’t work for Google in any capacity.
The first thing I would try is a different browser. If the other browser works, you are all set (and need to debug the local issue with the first browser that failed to get the API key).

Hope that helps.
