Got banned from Antigravity for using OpenCode – submitted appeal but still locked out

Hi everyone,

I think I got suspended from Google Antigravity / Gemini CLI because I used OpenCode with the Antigravity OAuth login.

Now when I try to log in I get the message:

This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit appeal to continue using this Product.

I already removed all OAuth connections and submitted the appeal form where you agree not to use third-party tools again.

It’s been about 48 hours and I’m still locked out.

Has anyone here gone through the same thing?

  • How long did it take for your account to get unbanned?

  • Did the appeal actually work?

Thanks :folded_hands:

bumping the post cause no one replied yet.
unbanned, nvm, but the quota limit didn’t gets reset.

Hello,

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience. More details on TOS.

I had the same problem today. I’m not sure what to do. I hope you can fix the unlock issue quickly, as I really don’t want to wait for several days.

Could you help me unblock it? It’s been over two days. This block is causing a lot of inconvenience.

yes same, sent two emails, did the appeal, noticed what I did wrong. No reactivation for any accounts. I have two Pro and one Ultra suspended for Antigravity Manager.

Unban? I got a ban! I read the TOS and I was not using Antigravity with a 3rd party service. Maybe someone took over my session but it was not me!

Hello Everyone,

Following up on this thread—are you still experiencing these account bans? Please let us know if you are still locked out so we can track if this issue is ongoing.

Yes, my account is still locked out

Edit: just wanted to point out that it’s been 5 days since I’ve lost access to my account. Received no replies to my appeal or email. And comment above shows that nothing was actually done within those 5 days

Hi there, i get the same issue when i log in to my antigravity and i have submit the appeal. not fix it yet

Has anyone here gone through the same thing?

Yes. Sent appeal 5 days ago. Still no response

How long did it take for your account to get unbanned?

Still waiting. Calling Google One was not helpful.

Did the appeal actually work?

They said 24-72 hours. Now been 5 days and counting.

Can you help @Thatipamula_Namratha?

Same problem @Thatipamula_Namratha, still locked here, after 5 days =/

@vicca-vicca & @Thatipamula_Namratha,

For me: 9 days

They should remove the upper limit on the appeal form, and just write:
At least 24 hours. Expect processing time to be several weeks

Same here, 9 days and still be restricted and no response. Their AI Ultra user anuall subscription.

Yep!!, no changes here.

hey anyone got the issue resolved?

I got the same issue now and submit the appeal but no response.

Can anybody from Google can process those issues?

I got the same issue even I did not use any third party tools, and almost a week I still got no reponse

Embrace yourself @Anstine_Borror,

I been waiting 16 days for a response that they said would be given within 72 hours. That is more than two weeks, and Google have been silent as the grave.

Seems like nobody from Google actually visit this discussion forum, so we are all wasting our time here.

In the meantime I’ve purchased Claude Pro, and the longer it takes for Google to reactivate my Pro account, the more likely I am to make a permanent transition to other models.

And any day now I might decide to cancel my subscription, cause this is getting ridiculous.

Amazing, and very disrespectful, to not have any support team that paying customers can reach.

Google One just pointed me in this direction, which is the equivalent of going deep into the forest and shouting, hoping that someone will hear me. Cause many have the same issue, but Google people are nowhere to be seen

I have the same problem, no response for 5 days, I don’t know if I used pi.dev once to see it, but I realized my mistake, but there’s no response from either support or the appeal…
