There is a serious issue with your quota tracking lately. I haven’t used the service at all for over two days. Today, I logged in to write a simple piece of code—just asking it to change a list to an array—and I immediately hit the quota limit. I am incredibly frustrated by this. To make matters worse, the system is now telling me I have to wait 3 days to use it again. This is completely unacceptable. Why are we even using this service if it locks us out for doing essentially nothing?
